Ameritas Case Opening and Implementation
Follow the modular step-by-step process below to complete your partner onboarding and case implementation requirements.
1 Account Opening & Setup
Step 1 - Account Opening and initial setup
Complete your Master Application / ACH Form to establish the primary relationship between your group and Ameritas.
Step 2 - Conduct Your Education & Enrollment Meeting Using ExpressEnroll or External Platform
2 POST Enrollment - Data entry & Delivery options
Option 1 - The "GO-SHEET" (Preferred Method)
Complete this form below and focus on what you do best! You will recieve a multi-carrier deduction report and even Benefit Summary letters for next year's open enrollment!
Option 2 - YOUR Census Data
If you are inputting all of your enrollment Data yourself Here's a Census template that can help.
Data Accuracy: Ensure all client enrollment data in your spreadsheet is complete and accurate. Transmittals will need to be completed as well in step #4.
With this option, you are responcible for your own deduction reports, etc.
Last Step (ONLY AFTER ALL DATA IS INTO AMERITAS): THE Transmittal Form!
Not using an Enrollment Director? Your final step is the Transmittal Form. Before submitting, make sure all data has been completed and verified in Ameritas's platform
