What You Can Do In Your Account

Employer / HR Service

Create your member account

  1. Wait until your coverage effective date.
  2. Go to ameritas.com/sign-in.
  3. Under Personal Accounts, choose Dental, Vision & Hearing → Member Sign In.
  4. Click Register. If you are the employee, choose Member.
  5. Enter your name, date of birth, and ZIP Code. Dependents also need the employee’s member ID or SSN.
  6. Set your email and password. A personal email is best.
  7. Download the Ameritas Benefits app and use the same login.
  8. Save your ID card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

When you search for a dentist, use the network name printed on your ID card (often Classic PPO or Classic PPO & Plus). Vision uses VSP or EyeMed — use the tile that matches your plan materials.
