Get your quote from OneAmerica and upload your census. This can be done on your New Case Quote Request Form if it hasn't been completed yet. If this step is already done, please skip ahead to Step 2.

3 POST Enrollment – Census Data & Transmittal

Step 3 – Collect Census Data

Because this is an employer paid package, enrollment data is not collected via ExpressEnroll or other enrollment platforms. The Employer provides this data directly to you.

Step 4 – Transmittal

Transmit your business here. Phil or Brett at OneAmerica will be very happy to process your policies!

Step 5 – Watch for Commission Verification Emails

On each case you write, OneAmerica will send a DocuSign form to acknowledge your commissions. Review and initial those when received — typically arrives days after your transmittal is submitted.
